By accessing or using the RefineX Labs E-Waste Tools platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides tools for electronic component identification, precious metal content estimation, crystal cell calculations, and a collaborative parts reference database. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes related to e-waste processing and precious metal recovery.

By creating an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (part data, photos, descriptions). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating and improving the shared parts database.
You agree not to submit content that:
Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
6. Accuracy of Information
Precious metal estimates, component data, and other information provided through the Service are for reference purposes only and should not be solely relied upon for financial or business decisions. Actual precious metal content may vary significantly from estimates. Users should independently verify all data before making decisions based on it.
7. Safety and Compliance
E-waste processing and precious metal recovery involve hazardous materials and regulated activities. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable environmental, health, safety, and disposal laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. This includes, without limitation, any losses resulting from reliance on precious metal estimates or component data provided through the Service.

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
